AI-Generated Content

Music generated through our platform using AI services is subject to the terms and ownership policies of those AI providers. Users retain rights to derivative creative work they contribute. MelodAI does not claim ownership of AI-generated outputs.

Credits and Payments

Credits purchased are non-refundable except where required by law. Subscription plans auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard.

Intellectual Property

The MelodAI platform, including its design, branding, and non-AI-generated content, is owned by MelodAI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any behavior that we determine is harmful to other users or the platform.
